CoZara, which means small plates, features Japanese food served tapas style, including dumplings, soba, yakitori and other Japanese favorites. Zama Tanaka serves as the Executive Chef, with Phila Lorn serving as Chef de Cuisine. Bryon Phillips will oversee service as General Manager of coZara.
